Thiago Messi plays for Inter Miami U12

As reported by CBS Sports, Thiago Messi joined the U-12 division of the club's academy three weeks ago ahead of the new season and has been training with his colleagues.

Messi's first son, 10, is not the first to do this. David Beckham's son Romeo was previously enrolled there, while former manager Phil Neville's son is still on the roster.

As spotted in a video shared on X (formerly Twitter) by Inter Miami Academy, the team beat Weston FC 2-0 on Thiago's first outing, and he was spotted celebrating with his teammates.

The seven-time Ballon d'Or winner's other sons, Mateo, 8 and Ciro, 5, have also been spotted enjoying kickabouts on the pitch before and after their father's games.

Sports Brief previously reported that Messi missed Mateo's 8th birthday to be with his Argentina national teammates for the game against Bolivia despite not being in the matchday squad.
